Digital Products — No Shipping
All Elevate Courses products are digital downloads and online courses. Nothing is physically shipped. Access is delivered instantly to the email address used at checkout. There are no shipping fees, customs charges, or delivery timelines.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, for any reason. Simply email support@eduaccelerate.com with your order number and a brief note about your experience. We'll process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@eduaccelerate.com within 30 days of purchase.
- Include the email address used for the purchase and your order/receipt number.
- Our team will confirm receipt within 1–2 business days.
Exclusions
- Refunds requested after 30 days from the original purchase date are not eligible.
- Refunds are not available for items explicitly marked "non-refundable" at checkout.
- If we detect abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated buy/refund patterns), we reserve the right to deny future refund requests and revoke access.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first. We resolve almost every issue within 48 hours. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us will pause your account access while the dispute is investigated.
