All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. By purchasing a product you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the payment method you provide.

When you purchase a course, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content for your personal use. You may not record, copy, redistribute, resell, or share the content with others.

You agree not to: (a) violate any law; (b) infringe intellectual property rights; (c) harass, threaten, or defame others; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (e) upload malicious code.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevate Courses' total liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
